Health, Life, Dental, Vision and Disability
We offer a variety of robust benefits program designed to meet your needs. And, we pay for most of your benefits costs. Depending on the specific country in which you live, you may be eligible to participate in a variety of programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurance, and short and long-term disability. We also offer flexible spending accounts for health care.

 

Time Off
Everyone needs time away from the office to relax. To help with this, Topcon provides all new US employees with over three weeks vacation and sick time. We also throw in a floating holiday each year. Of course, the longer you are here, the more vacation time you get.

 

Savings for the Future
Saving for the future is critical and we want to help with your long-term financial goals. For our US employees we offer a traditional pre-tax 401k contribution plan with a generous company match, while our Canadian employees can contribute to a Registered Retirement Savings Plan. We also offer statutory plans in our other international locations.

 

Employee Referral Program
We encourage our employees to help find the best talent and make sure we reward those who do. It’s no surprise that employees will typically only refer the best candidates, so we will gladly pay a cash award for any referrals that we hire.
