Network & Infrastructure Sales Manager (GNSS Networks & Services)

Located approximately 40 miles east of San Francisco in the Livermore Valley, TPS is the world leader in providing innovative precision positioning systems for construction, surveying, mining and agricultural application. We currently have an opening for a Network & Infrastructure Sales Manager. This position can be remote and will require 50% to 75% travel.
Job Description:
- Directs and manages pricing strategies, sales & marketing strategies and budgets, and establishes sales objectives to meet revenue & margin targets for network and infrastructure business as set by executive management.
- Directs and manages development of policies, procedures and objectives for marketing and selling network and infrastructure products and services, including TopNEXT program.
- Oversee direct sales as well as coordinate with the Director of Sales – Survey to pursue and grow opportunities that go through our existing distribution channel.
- Coordinate resources and responsible for preparation of infrastructure proposals
- Compiles data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to executive management. Works closely with product management to update market planning information for new product releases as well as enhancements to existing products.
Experience/Skills:
- Must have GNSS network technology and product knowledge
- 5+ years in a sales management position with similar responsibilities
- GPS network sales management experience
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of latest software/internet technologies
- Team player with demonstrated communication and leadership skills
- Strong management and organizational skills
- GNSS network technology and product knowledge
- Microsoft Office products proficiency including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal presentation skills
- Strong written reporting skills
- 50% - 75% travel domestic and possibly international
